Charlotta Bass Lab Citation Policy
At the USC Charlotta Bass Journalism and Justice Lab, we encourage the sharing and discussion of our news stories and essays while ensuring proper attribution and adherence to ethical citation practices. Below are our guidelines for citing our content:
1. Attribution Requirements
- Any use of our content must include proper attribution to the Charlotta Bass Lab.
- Citations should include the author’s name (if provided), the title of the article, and a link to the original content.
- For print or offline references, the citation should include the publication name, article title, author (if listed), and the date of publication.
2. Quoting and Excerpts

3. Linking and Republishing
- We encourage linking to our original articles rather than full republication.
